86baji Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 86baji website accessible at https://86baji.app and all associated mobile browser interfaces, game lobbies, and account management systems.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not they have completed the registration process.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on 86baji.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, event, or outcome through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by 86baji subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus balance until wagering requirements are met.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone used for all platform operations, transaction timestamps, and promotion deadlines.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To use the 86baji platform and open an Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended Account on the 86baji platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when placing wagers or managing your Account.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is permitted under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

86baji reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. During the verification process, 86baji may request a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to supply requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

3 Account Management

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your Account. You must:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 86baji customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensure your registered email address and mobile number remain active and accessible, as these are used for security verification and important account communications.

86baji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. 86baji staff will never request your password through any communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 86baji that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

86baji accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits per method are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 86baji reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to withhold any winnings generated from such deposits pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. 86baji aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to the payment provider's own processing times. 86baji reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. A minimum wagering requirement of 1x the deposited amount applies before a withdrawal can be requested, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.

All transactions on the 86baji platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 86baji does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 86baji accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

86baji offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence for the purposes of that promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 86baji promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirements before being converted to real-money funds available for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• 86baji reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional offers — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or who have active deposit limits that prevent normal play are not eligible to claim promotional bonuses during the relevant restriction period.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the 86baji platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of any wager before confirming it. 86baji will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a demonstrable technical fault on the part of the Platform.

In the event of a technical failure during a game or sports event that results in the outcome being indeterminate, 86baji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players. Voided bets do not contribute to wagering requirement calculations.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All prices and lines are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Once a bet is confirmed at a given price, that price is locked in for that wager.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. 86baji reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
• Results for cricket matches (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) will be determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of an abandoned or suspended match, the applicable cricket betting rules published on the Platform at the time of the wager shall govern the outcome.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are visible when placing a wager. 86baji reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual Players where irregular betting patterns are identified.

For casino games, including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and RNG games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, the rules of each individual game govern play. These rules are accessible within the game interface. The outcomes of all RNG games are determined by certified random number generation algorithms and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the Player.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 86baji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated exploitation of game mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity or for the processing of proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting 86baji customer support to resolve the underlying dispute through legitimate channels.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication towards 86baji staff or other players through any channel.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

86baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Irregular betting patterns or suspected exploitation of game mechanics or promotional offers.
• A Player's self-exclusion request submitted through 86baji's responsible gaming tools.
• A third-party responsible gaming organisation's notification that a Player should be excluded from gambling services.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 86baji reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, verified real-money funds will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances and winnings generated from bonus play that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be returned in any circumstance.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 86baji customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be honoured subject to standard verification procedures.

9 Responsible Gaming

86baji is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all eligible players. The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be activated by contacting the 24/7 customer support team or through the Account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit to your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a set period of continuous play to remind you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 86baji platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six months. After the exclusion period, reinstatement requires a formal written request and a 24-hour reflection period before access is restored.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 86baji platform — including but not limited to the 86baji brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 86baji or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 86baji, except for personal, non-commercial use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing agreements with 86baji.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 86baji and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by circumstances beyond 86baji's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. In all cases, 86baji's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

86baji collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 86baji applies SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is not sold or rented to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and responsible gaming organisations where necessary to fulfil the Platform's obligations under these Terms.

13 Amendments to These Terms

86baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 86baji will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Clause 8.

14 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 86baji platform, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance. All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt and investigated in good faith. 86baji's customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contact details are provided in the footer of this page.

In the event of a dispute regarding a wager outcome, the Platform's transaction records shall be treated as the definitive record of the events in question, unless a clear technical error in those records can be demonstrated. 86baji's decision on wager disputes, made in good faith and with reference to available records, shall be final.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 86baji operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction. 86baji makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of its intended operating territory.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure described in Clause 14 shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
